A light hearted slow flow class with options so you can choose what suits your body and your energy levels. Pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation are woven into the fabric of each class to emphasize integrating body, mind, spirit, and breath. All are encouraged to accept the beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it. Be as you are.
