Vinyasa
A morning flow class designed to warm you up and get your day moving. Main focus on connecting your breath to your movements, one breath to one movement. This class moves at a more flowing pace and slightly more difficult postures and vinyasas (sequences linking one pose to the next) than gentle vinyasa. This class can be an excellent way to stretch and strengthen your body, as well as calm and focus your mind.
Beginner Yoga
Designed for those new to the practice or looking to refresh their foundational knowledge, emphasizing body awareness, breathwork, and gentle movements to build a solid foundation. Also great for experienced yogis seeking enjoy a less intense session.
