Welcome Home to Your Body

My work is rooted in the belief that the body holds deep wisdom.
When we slow down, soften, and listen, we begin to remember what safety, ease, and wholeness feel like from the inside out.

Through gentle, somatic, and womb-centered yoga practices, I guide students back into relationship with their breath, their bodies, and their inner rhythms.

My Approach

I offer a deeply nurturing, trauma-aware approach to yoga that weaves together:

  • Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
  • Womb-centered and feminine embodiment practices
  • Pranayama (breathwork)
  • Gentle, therapeutic asana
  • Grounding rituals and mindfulness
  • Dosha-balancing practices inspired by Ayurveda

Each session is an invitation to slow down, feel, and reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence.

My work is especially supportive for people who:

  • Experience anxiety or overwhelm
  • Feel sensitive to their environment or stress
  • Are healing from burnout or emotional fatigue
  • Want a softer, more intuitive approach to movement
  • Are seeking a safe, supportive space to reconnect with themselves

A Gentle, Personalized Path

No two bodies are the same.
No two seasons of life are the same.

Whether you’re moving through a time of transition, seeking emotional balance, or simply longing for a more peaceful relationship with your body, our work together is guided by what you need most in the moment.

We move slowly.
We listen deeply.
We honor your pace.
